Artisan SakeMaker is the first and only to grow rice in BC/Canada in the Fraser Valley. Artisan SAKEKASU – (fermented rice mash and nutritious bi-product) is full of "UMAMI" characters. SAKEKASU has quickly become a popular culinary ingredient among progressive chefs.
We offer Sake tasting (of variety of styles) and tour of the facility (Sakery) to general public both new to Sake and well- experienced.
