The menu is: Kale & Spinach Caesar Salad - Kale & Spinach from Edible Acres; Roast Pork with maple glazed apricots - Pork from Downey's farm, Apricot from Tegart's farm; with Swiss Chard - Patty's; with Creamy Potatoes - Cream from Creston; Raspberry Rhubarb Romanoff - Raspberries and Rhubarb from Tegarts, Cream and eggs from Creston.
